Neha Premjee is an Ayurvedic Health and Weight Loss Coach for Women. Having struggled with being overweight as a teenager, she lost 65 pounds. While on her own journey claiming her health, Neha certified herself to teach yoga and now helps those unhappy in their bodies achieve weight loss, a new self image, new habits and body love using traditional wisdom. She has been to close to 60 countries, and currently resides in Mumbai, India.
