Với tổng vốn đầu tư hơn 31.000 tỷ đồng, dự án Xuân Cầu Hưng Yên được quy hoạch bài bản, ưu tiên không gian xanh với mật độ xây dựng chỉ khoảng 30%. Phần lớn diện tích dành cho cây xanh, mặt nước và tiện ích công cộng, tạo nên môi trường sống gần gũi thiên nhiên, lý tưởng cho cả an cư và nghỉ dưỡng.
