Francesca Bellamy

Francesca Bellamy has been a student of yoga for 20 years. She graduated from a 200-Hour YTT in 2019. Francesca Rodriguez is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Francesca believes that everyone is deserving of holistic healing experiences through movement in beautiful, tranquil, safe spaces and that yoga is more than exercise; there is agency in the asana.

Her favorite moments are in helping create a space for students that opens and inspires them to step into their own being, experience their full potential, and discover the ocean of wisdom that lives within.

Originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Francesca Bellamy, along with her mother and sister, relocated to Guam early in her life. Growing up in Micronesia allowed her to explore many islands in the Western Pacific as well as parts of Asia at an early age.

Throughout her many travels and relocations, Francesca encountered profound experiences that sparked her curiosity about life, self-discovery, healing, connection, and service.
