Pamela Stokes is the Move Into Resilience creator and founder. She provides 1-1 sessions, online courses, and practitioner training in both Mindful Motion and Somatic Release. Pamela has synthesized this trauma-informed therapeutic movement and brain training modalities from the evidence-based techniques she used to heal from her own fibromyalgia. She has a podcast and YouTube series called Move Into Resilience and does live experiential presentations to educate others about their bodies and brains, inviting audiences to experience motions they can use for in-the-moment stress relief and to develop resilience. And she does all this with a sense of humor!
