After years of struggling with anxiety on and off, freedom came when her anxiety and trauma became her greatest teachers. Now working for 20 years in the field of trauma, researching and experiencing, she is overwhelmed with the profound understanding of the value of actively seeking what was lost from the trauma of colonization. She feels that life is an experience of the sacred and profound connection that every person embodies.
