Hi, I’m Rita.With a background in business administration, I spent over 20 years working full-time in structured office environments—until I finally dared to follow my heart. Today, I work part-time in an office and teach yoga, Pilates and ELDOA. I’m also a trained systemic coach—and while I don’t work as one, the perspective flows into everything I do.
