Rubi Acevedo Hendricks is a counselor-in-training at The Family Institute and Northwestern University, an integrative attachment coach, and the creator of the MIRROR PBP™ (Psycho-Biological Processing) framework.Her work explores the intersection of subconscious patterns, attachment dynamics, emotional conflict, and the body’s biological responses to stress and relationship experiences.Drawing from counseling training, coaching practice, and her own healing journey, Rubi writes about the ways core wounds, family systems, grief, and relational patterns shape human behavior and the path toward deeper awareness and change.Through reflection, emotional accountability, and compassionate inquiry, she invites readers to recognize the patterns that live beneath reaction and to reconnect with authenticity, self-trust, and meaningful living.
