Ruchi is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certified by the International Coach Federation focusing on Life Coaching for Executives with Leadership Development.

Ruchi is also an Accredited Belbin Facilitator. Belbin Team Roles are used to identify behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Whether developing people, resolving conflict or fine-tuning high performance. Belbin
provides the language to ensure that individuals and teams communicate and work together with greater understanding.

Ruchi has helped high-performance, high- potential individuals to build emotional resilience and a positive mindset to get to the next level in their lives personally and professionally.

She has coached professionals from a wide range of industries, including but not limited to financial services, technology, media and legal and of diverse nationalities and cultures.

Ruchi is also a lawyer by profession having practiced law in India and in Hong Kong. While she enjoyed law, she had a deep sense to do something more meaningful, helping people more directly and driving towards that passion, she
decided to embark on the journey of becoming a Coach. Her mission is to empower & inspire individuals, teams and organizations to reach their potential & drive positive change in the world.
