Letting Go of a Dream Character: A Final Farewell Letter.
Sarah Draper has been a Certified Language Teacher since 2016…
Shortly before and during the pandemic of 2020, she underwent a dramatic spiritually and metaphysically transformative experience that changed her relationship with her sense of self, the present moment, and her perception of the world. Now, she is in the process of pursuing continued personal growth, enlightenment, and is also studying to become a Master Transformation, Spiritual and Mindfulness Life Coach as well as a 500-Hour Certified Meditation Teacher with Meditation Alliance International.
She writes about attachment theory and trauma, mindfulness, love and relationships, existentialist ideas, non-duality embracing love, cultivating a life filled with inner peace, and more. For her, writing is a profound inner journey that she enjoys sharing with the world. She writes from the heart, a deeply personal place, and is passionate about topics that touch the lives of everyone at one point or another.
In addition to Meditation and writing, she is also passionate about Zen spirituality, Eckhart Tolle, poetry, herbal tea, holistic health practices, nature, traveling and non-dual teachings, via Tolle, Rupert Spira, Alan Watts, Anna Brown, and Terrence Stephens (Youtube).
In addition, she has also started a mindfulness, poetry reading and mediation channel on Youtube. She has also been featured on podcast episodes of Casual Buddhism.
