Sarah received a Ph.D. in Indian Studies from the University of Cambridge, and has trained in both the Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and traditional yoga. She has also trained in the school of messy real life where her two beautifully wild boys and the endless piles of laundry give her all the opportunities she needs to practice. Sarah has written two novels The Boatman and The Colour of Losa, a book about spiritually navigating the pandemic called Forward From Here, and articles for Elephant Journal.
