For more than thirty years, I have been practising and teaching meditation courses in Sydney, Australia. I discovered meditation when I was eighteen while facing the stress of the higher school certificate and trying to overcome an overactive mind. Naturally, meditation helped with both. As I moved into my career in advertising, I found the skills from meditation helped me to navigate and stay grounded in a highly competitive business world. Now, with decades of meditation practice, learning and teaching under my belt, I find great joy in seeing people heal their body, mind and spirit with my guidance. I run group classes and one-on-one healing sessions in my meditation studios in Leichhardt, located in the inner west of Sydney. More recently I have started my five-week zoom meditation course online as well, with glowing results.
