Spencer Kruse Dunlap

Born in Southern California, Spencer Kruse Dunlap spent his early childhood in Adelaide, Australia and his formative years in Denver, Colorado. After graduating from the University of San Diego in 2016 with a degree in Environmental Studies, Spencer spent several months living off the grid on the island of Kauai, where he was inspired to cultivate and share his passion for writing.

Spencer has been published in blogs and websites including: The Inertia, Medium, Bodhi Surf + Yoga, Hawaii Life, and Center for Responsible Travel (CREST). Today, he works as a writer and surf instructor for Bodhi Surf + Yoga—the world’s first B Corp Certified surf camp—in Bahia-Uvita, Costa Rica.
