Isolated Together: How to Feel Safe in COVID Times
Stephanie Ouellette traded in the life of the traveling waterski show to teach people how to breath and move their bodies better. She has a passion for personal growth and empowerment, which she shares with her communities via her yoga classes and retreats, her business Suptopia Floating Yoga, as well as leading a grassroots coaching program for young women in waterskiing. Her year is split between a dreamy lakeside, A-frame cottage in Muskoka, Canada, and Florida. Where her time splits again, between St Pete’s and Sarasota. She may jokingly write a book titled Unpacking to Pack: The Life of an Unconventional Turtle. Until then, her trusty truck Ringo is the reliable sherpa of paddleboards, waterskis, yoga paraphernalia, and life as she knows it.
