Tai Adkins is the Founder, President, and CEO of ARC Group Contractors, LLC, which she opened in early 2020. Through her consulting firm, Tai has been able to bring together her cumulative experience in business to help small to mid-sized businesses with their development through coaching and project management.
Previously in her career, Tai Adkins built experience in aerospace, construction, and contracting. She’s worked with Pioneer Aero Supply, Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Colgate-Palmolive, and the Eaton Corporation.
Additionally, Tai is passionate about giving back to the community and finding philanthropic ways to help those in need. She founded a nonprofit organization and is a board member on both the Sojourner Truth Foundation and the Family Life Community Center.
