Tara Van Dam is the owner and founder of Wholistic Joy Wellness, an integrative coaching business focusing on human potential and purpose. Besides being an integrative life and wellness coach, she is also a mindfulness and meditation instructor, and an expert registered yoga teacher. Originally from South Africa, she moved to the United States in 2014 and began laying down roots. Although in a landlocked city, she still considers herself a surfer, now spends most of her time running, doing yoga, and being a mom.
