Julie Mathys

Julie is the founder of The Sakura Yoga, a photographer and a lawyer.

She teaches vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga and is specialized in the healthy function of the shoulders, the back and the pelvic floor. She also helps students to manage their stress level and women with their health (fertility, PMS, menopause, hormonal balance…).

Her goal is to help people expand their potential through a sustainable practice and to share her knowledge with as many people as possible to spread the benefits of yoga.
