Tobi Elbel

Hi! I’m Tobi, mom to a wonderful boy who brings joy, kindness, spunk, imagination, opinions, observations, laughter, and love to every day. Becoming a parent opened my eyes to how far away I was from my truth. In the constant striving to teach my son love and compassion for himself, I realized I had to embrace it for myself first. This set me on a path to self-trust, self-acceptance, and awareness of my spirituality and its importance. 

Writing has been an outlet since high school. Recently it has refined into an expression of observations combined with my intuitive gifts; especially in the areas of relationships, social issues, parenting, and personal growth.

Although fairly new to yoga, I am very dedicated to the practice.  The combination of breath and movement inspires creativity, challenges my mind and body, and elevates me energetically.  My other loves include meaningful conversation with family and close friends, meditation, energy studies, nature in all forms, and relaxing on my porch. Time spent on the beach is my ultimate sanctuary.
