How I Started Spiraling But Regained Control of Myself during the COVID-19 Shutdown
I have had one of the most devastating childhoods imaginable. I also spent my teenage years in foster care. I refuse to let that trauma eclipse my adulthood, however, it is not always easy. I write personal stories about trying to be the best version of a person I can be, even with my demons. The only real way I can achieve personal growth is if I write out personal stories. I will also share the lessons I have learned so far in my crazy little life.
