She supports women virtually in their healing journey around the world focusing on those who have witnessed pregnancy loss or infertility challenges. She uses the creative process in healing and blends evidence based practices and eastern spiritual practices in her work She loves nature, meditating and being in community and circle with women. She is also a Kundalini yoga teacher and has a virtual community she mentors and empowers. She lives in Canada with her beautiful family.
