Emma spent most of her life feeling like she was a round peg trying to fit into the square whole of life, causing her to feel like she was worth nothing, that dreams and aspirations are for everyone else. This resulted in Emma suffering for years with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and feeling completely lost. After taking a self growth spiritual journey, Emma learnt that it did not matter that she was a square peg because her authentic voice, is like a roaring lion coming from deep within her soul, that her dreams as aspirations where worth pursuing because they made her soul sing and shine. This new lease of life also helped Emma to learn techniques to control her anxiety, panic attacks and depression in a natural, loving, self worth and spiritual way. 

Now Emma helps hundreds of fellow women to find their lions roar, embrace their authentic spiritual voice, while also working with women to embrace natural individual techniques to over come and control their anxiety, panic attacks and depression.
