Given my green thumb last year with the Sungold, I thought I would look for a new variety to add to my garden. I tried Kumato’s at a local restaurant and then magically found them at Whole Foods, but not Vitamin Cottage (whose produce aisle only contains organic fruits and vegetables).334 views

Anyone working in the customer service industry knows you’re bound to encounter some less than desirable patrons. As with everything there’s good and bad. I’m not here to necessarily bash my, or any other costumers. Think of it more as a slap on the wrist. A wag of my finger if you will, I won’t say which.1,533 views

As I offer my mantra as advice to a friend, it is allowing me to continue the chanting process even further embedding this into my soul. Sometimes I do fall back on old habits but now I am faster to recognize when I am being led by accusations and judgments instead of compassion and gratitude and I now look for the lesson in the situation.217 views

“I do yoga thrice a week and the other two days I play squash”, if this is the way you look at yoga then you may want to consider, appreciate and experience the wider scope of Yoga as a practical philosophy. It’s not about whipping the muscles in shape with a whip of impatience, but living with an honest pursuit of self exploration which goes beyond the domains of body.1,679 views

I noticed a beautiful pendant of a cross hanging around Emmanuel’s neck at about the same time that I saw that Curt was wearing a Christian revival T-shirt. I had a sudden sinking feeling that telling them we were touring around the country leading kirtan might not be all that well-advised.736 views
