Pretty much, you need a product line called Property of Facebook. Technically, it is sort of your property and hence, you should take advantage. These products should be inspired by my poetic lines entitled Property of Facebook, which I've created entirely out of facebook statuses.675 views

Jesus never seemed angrier than when he drove the moneychangers from the temple. (John 2:14 – 16) That’s a pretty strong message that God will not be bought.340 views

One thing that continually amazed me about Patagonia is how often the weather changes. One moment, it is beautiful and sunny and then with a blink of an eye, the clouds roll in, the wind picks up and the rain pelts down and you are freezing cold. Sometimes you can even experience four seasons in a day. Whenever we asked Cristian about the weather, he would reply in his broken English, “Never the know“. That funny, odd sounding phrase became our most cherished remark throughout the trip. We didn’t bother correcting the grammar since that is what made his remark so special.80 views

To understand this we have to realize that his life had three distinct phases. In the first phase Sri Ramakrishna achieves a form of God realization but had no control over his meditation. He was in danger of losing complete control when he was instructed via a vision to stop and wait for teachers to appear who would guide him further.99 views

When we reduce yoga to asana, it falls flat. The various aspects of yoga provide balance to one another, and also spice things up: mantra, visualization, relaxation, asana, pranayama, savouring through the senses, mindful nature walks, walking meditation, seated meditation et cetera. There is a veritable cornucopia of ways to practice yoga in the sense of active practice.335 views

They say you shouldn’t go shopping on an empty stomach. So I didn’t. I had a pleasant exchange with the woman at the cash register who had an accent that I couldn’t place. She told me I was skinny. She equated this to the fact that I owned cats. Hmm.560 views

Maybe it’s the hustle and bustle of the holidays that has gotten my capris in a deep bind, but I had an internal snap the other day in yoga class as I listened to the instructor applaud a student in front of the whole class.554 views

The problem with romantic love in intimate partnerships, is that while it is lustrous, and wonderful, it tends to wear thin with time. Most people are first attracted to a person because of that person’s novelties and the vicarious sense of pleasure that they feel around them.524 views

“North America has already lost thousands of heirlooms. Many of which far predated the arrival of Europeans,” Jared says. “These could be rare varieties, which once lost, we can never get back.” Heirlooms are old, at least 50 years, with many having been saved for thousands of years.143 views
