So my challenge this year has been to keep myself positive, optimistic and energised this winter.
Out of all the quick fixes out there to help us ‘live a good life’s this winter I am going with this one…
When a negative or ‘victim mode’ thought enters your mind (you know the ones: Why me? Shit like this always happens! Its not fair. etc.), think three positive ones.
Our thoughts create our reality and just like everything else, growth requires a little effort.
This way we can train ourselves to flip the script. Our perspective can be so tainted by past experience, we forget that every action and reaction is unique, and if it’s not, if we keep experiencing the same response from others then maybe we need to look within.
