On the other hand, a simple snooze to your alarm can mess up your day completely, more so if you end up skipping basic routines such as showering or even having breakfast. Starting your day on a positive note ensures you remain on track to achieve your daily goals or routines. However, having a perfect start to a day is not as automatic as it may sound.
