Poveglia Island is one of the evilest and darkest places in the world. According to some of the myths, it is found that this island was built from the ashes of victims, burned plague, many criminals, and some people with a mental health condition who were exiled there.

Poveglia island ghost adventures and its dark history began during the Roman era when the island was used to put plague victims from the population. Men, women and even many children were left to die in agony.

The island was also used by the Napoleons who were used to keep many of the weapons there.
