These days it’s hard to keep ourselves food-disciplined, or on the other hand we might actually not have an appetite. Weather you feel tired or like you have no energy this smoothie will brighten up your soul, freshen up your energy and get you ready for a new, sunny day.
You will need:
1 green apple (or whatever kind you like), sliced to small pieces
1 or 2 stalks of celery, also chopped to small pieces
1 lemon (juice)
Parsley, small bunch
1 to 1.5 cups of water
Put all ingredients in a blender, and depending on how thick or watery you want your smoothie to be, adjust the water amount. Blend it all together, and puff done!
I like to enjoy this smoothie in the morning hours, but you can have it whenever, it will still awaken the healthy glow Goddess in you!
