Pain from the past( a poem)

My heart was dancing so delightfully
Cause had stomached my faults and defaults,
Till my feet bath in the sea of the past
Gently, I lay so still to kiss her solemn feet;
To read her lines of reminder from
each stanza.

Wish to hurry away from the, sea I read,
With never a bag of regret perchance;
To hike in an oblivious state:
A state to toll away with a garter—
A garter, who had no memory

Alas!
Was once a crystal creature,
As glaring as a queen on the throne
Faultless in form and feature

Alack!
Now as ice and as silent as stone.
Licensed in the passy path to remember,
With a sensuous joy buried;

Now sitting as a flower of pavement without pace,
Neither in Paris nor spring to stir;
Foresaw what the grave meant
Afar from life fervent fret!
