This year, for many, was a time where our distractions were taken from us and we were forced to turn inward.  It has been a moment in time where considerable self growth was available to each of us all as we unearthed much of the pain, trauma and emotional struggles that life had allowed us to suppress.

Reflections is a visual love letter to the world, and as well as emitting all the love and goodness, I wanted this film to illustrate the importance of unity – which really has been apparent in 2020.

This piece was shot by Calum Stewart, and was created in collaboration with a group of local female entrepreneurs who run sustainable and ethically-minded companies (Peggy Sue Soaps, En Flor, Circa BC, Commune Bondi, Andrea & Joen, Corali Jewellery, Warriors of the Divine, Angie’s Art, and Petra Ryberg Designs) with hopes of helping drum up some business for them to ease the effects of COVID.
