When your metabolism is sleeping
It is not only you, being are lazy at the gym, but your metabolism as well? Maybe your metabolism is sleeping and no matter how hard you try through nutrition and diet there is nothing you achieve?
ATTENTION: When your metabolism is asleep, then the scale always gets “stuck” and it does not move with anything! It is very important to wake up your metabolism, in order to be able to succeed with the desired weight loss ……otherwise you stay there watching your “stuck” scale for ever!
An alarm for the metabolism… TODAY!
Νο.1: Any kind of exercise!
Anyexercise or natural activity (even a little of walking every day) may make your body firmer and give to it a better and more attractive look, as well as your self confidence to increase dramatically!
Find a way which is the most pleasant for you(gym, dance, sports, walking or running in the nature) and make it a daily habit! You will be surprised by the difference you will see on your body!
Νο.2: Non stop eating!
You do not have to get hungry to activate your metabolism….as many people believe erroneously. On the contrary, it needs many small and frequent meals. Ideally a balanced dish (rich in vitamins and precious ingredients) speeds up this process and promotes the loss of kilos.
You should take 5 meals per day (1 breakfast, 1 intermediate snack, 1 lunch, 1 intermediate snack and finally 1 dinner). This means the meals succeed one another every 2 to 3 hours approximately.
No.3 Use quality Supplements
Νο.4: Fiber in each meal!
Fiber is very important in every of your meals! It is shown scientifically, that wholegrain products, legumes, fruits and vegetables, are capable to maintain your metabolism active and to increase your fat burns at the maximum…..even if you have not the right exercise programme!
NOTE: Ideally, for faster and better results, the good nutrition should be combined with a regular body exercise (even of mild form)!

A good and calm sleep is basic for every organism. Ideally, organism has a need of about 8 hours of sleep per day, during which all the toxins are rejected!
ATTENTION: As it is shown by valid scientific research studies, persons who do not sleep sufficiently, tend to present increased appetite levels ….and in general an increased body weight
Νο.6: Joy, laugh & happiness!
Happiness is everything for a healthy organism. A person full of sadness all the time presents nutritional upsets as well…..not a coincidence! But apart of the joy, extremely important for our body weigh, is the laugh as well!
NOTE: According to scientific studies, laugh, may help to perform up to 20% more burns. About 15 minutes of laugh per day can help you burn up to 35 to 40 calories! So laugh a lot!
