This is a great article by Steven Kurutz on the housing market from a national perspective published in the Wharton Graduate School of Business magazine. While the experts he interviews acknowledge that the effects of the current housing downturn vary greatly by region, the talk of a “best case scenario” is that marked improvement may have to wait until 2015.
