As we eagerly anticipate the start of our upcoming journey through the Alps on a Vespa in September 2023, we are filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation. We have been friends for many years, and we share a love of adventure and a deep commitment to making a difference in the world.

When we first came up with the idea of riding through the Alps on a Vespa to raise awareness about human trafficking, we knew that it was an opportunity we couldn’t pass up. This is an issue that affects millions of people around the world, and we wanted to do our part to raise awareness and help prevent more people from falling victim to it.

Preparing for this journey has been a long and rewarding process. We’ve spent months getting in ready and planning our route to ensure that we can make the most impact possible. We know that the journey through the Alps will be a challenging one, with steep inclines and unpredictable weather, but we’re ready for the challenge.

One of the most important aspects of our journey is the message that we want to share with the world – that anyone can make a difference in the fight against human trafficking. We believe that it’s our duty to raise awareness about this important issue and to help prevent more people from falling victim to it.

As women in our 50s and 60s, we also want to inspire others to take on new challenges and pursue their dreams, no matter how old they are. We want to show that age is just a number and that anyone can make a difference in the world.

Humor has also been an essential part of our journey. We know that laughter is the best medicine and that a good sense of humor can help us get through the toughest of times. We plan to document our journey on social media, sharing photos and stories that highlight our sense of adventure, our passion for life, and our commitment to making a difference.

As we gear up for our journey through the Alps, we’re grateful for the support we’ve received from people around the world. We know that this will be a challenging journey, but we’re ready for the adventure, and we’re excited to make a difference in the fight against human trafficking.
