Many of us suck at boundaries—thus we remain co-dependent in our relationships, which essentially means we are unable or unwilling to be ourselves.
So, here’s a short video on what could happen when we set boundaries with our partner and they set ’em with us. Either way and whomever is setting them, boundaries help us grow.
And, if we really want to see relationship as a spiritual path, boundaries are a must.
