Is it just me, or are women’s issues in the news a lot lately?
Feminism seems to be a polarizing word these days, with lots of people coming out in its defense (thank you, Emma Watson), and others lashing out at it in hate and rage (#Gamergate).
For the people out there who need more data to convince them, I present to you this graphic from the World Economic Forum:
Now tell me again how Feminism is over, women are equal … and we can all go home now. I kid, but really, I hope you can all see that there’s still some huge barriers to equality left for us to tackle. And this infographic is only measuring one issue. It doesn’t even scratch the surface.
