Stephen Colbert goes after ‘Papa Bear’ – “No one’s going to pay me to watch him anymore, so fuck that noise.” (youtube.com)

“Treat them with humanity, and let them have no reason to complain of our copying the brutal example of the British Army in their treatment of our unfortunate brethren who have fallen into their hands.” ~ General George Washington, 1776

Stephen Colbert Celebrates Never Having to Watch Bill O’Reilly Again ‘F*ck That Noise’
Colbert goes after “Papa Bear” over Torture report. No one is going to pay me any more to watch him, so yeah “F*ck That Noise”.

Am I getting too old for this? I don’t think so, I just think this is actually that big of a deal. I love Colbert and I thought this segment was genius but I just couldn’t laugh all that much. It made me more sad and angry than anything else. I mean… someone on a national news broadcast was defending barbaric and medieval acts that by the report’s own admission did not help keep the country safe. Like most people I want someone to blame, but more importantly I’m just tired. Can we please wrest control back to an era of sanity or at the very least create our own. I just don’t even know what to do anymore.
