Ayla Perez

Ayla Perez is a therapist, has a masters in Women and Gender Studies, as well as Social Work, and is certified in Grief Counseling, is a TRE provider, Certified Yoga Instructor (200RYT), Prenatal Yoga Instructor (RPYT), and has a certification in Yoga Nidra. Ayla specializes in grief, trauma, mindfulness, gender-based violence/abuse, culture and religion. She has worked in the substance abuse, mental health, domestic violence/abuse, and refugee resettlement field providing services for families and individuals. She is currently working as an equine and animal assisted therapist in Chandler, Arizona, and teaches yoga. She also volunteers her yoga services at substance abuse, mental health, and domestic violence/abuse facilities.
