Bev Kalinowski Dargan has been walking her mother home for many years. Caregiving is a roller coaster ride of highs and lows with moments of anger, fear, exhaustion and pure joy, with plenty of big belly-laughs! Her mother passed from this life, beautifully, on Monday at a feisty 97.
These past few years have taught her things that may be relevant (or entertaining) to others. The end of life can sometimes be as beautiful as the beginning of life. She feels ready to share some of this amazing journey with Mom; beginning at the end.

We're community-driven. We're dedicated to sharing "the mindful life" beyond the core or choir, to all those who don't yet know they give a care. We focus on anything that's good for you, good for others, and good for our planet.
