Deanna Rose is a graduate of Warren Wilson College with a degree in Gender and Women’s Studies. She is a Professional Singer, Sound- Healer, Community Organizer, Gardener, and Certified Holistic Herbalist from the Blue Ridge School of Herbalism. Her passion is to bring community together through song, nature, and ceremony. She was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee where she sung in choirs and took singing lessons on world-renowned Music Row. She loves singing folk, gospel, blues, and more! She currently live in the mountains of North Carolina, where her ancestors lived starting in the early 1900s as songwriters, poets, artiists and teachers. She leads sound journeys with crystal singing bowls and toning. She loves leading song circles and traveling for singing and herbalism workshops for women and children. Her intention is to create a bridge for families to get out of isolation and into a nurturing community.
