Dr. Russell Kennedy (The Anxiety MD) is a medical doctor and award winning author of the book: Anxiety Rx-A New Prescription for Anxiety Relief From the Doctor who Created It — Avaible in eBook, Paperback and Audiobook. (Not that anyone is anxious or stressed these days!) Dr. Kennedy well knows anxiety as both doctor and sufferer, becoming an anxiety expert in an effort to heal his own chronic worry. Along with his MD degree, he has an additional degree in neuroscience and advanced training developmental psychology, but his approach is more ethereal than his formal education would suggest. His experiences with living at a temple in India and using psychedelics to study his own anxious mind are distinctly non-traditional. He is also a dog lover, procrastinator, certified yoga (RYT-200) and meditation teacher, father to three sons, three Labradoodles, and one daughter, and ex-pro stand up comic (no joke!).
