Howard Parrish is a recreational wisdom seeker and fly fishing enthusiast living in Boulder, Colorado. Southern by birth, in Colorado by the Grace of God, he deftly juggles the daily demands of deep shadow work, a new girlfriend and five chickens. Sparked by Covid he is renewing his relationship with writing with a new intention to share his musings beyond his private stash of moleskin journals and unpublished blog posts. For his recent years’ well being and growth he is most grateful for human guides, plant medicines and his men’s group for helping him safely navigate the harrowing passage of an amicable divorce. With feet firmly planted on the other side of several big life changes he now uses writing and coaching to help others slow down and to navigate similar life transitions.
