Irini Rockwell is internationally recognized as a Buddhist teacher, author, coach, and trainer. Her books are The Five Wisdom Energies, a Buddhist Way of Understanding Personalities, Emotions and Relationships (in 10 languages) and Natural Brilliance. She has taught at Shambhala Centers and spiritual and personal growth centers worldwide. In 2002 she founded the Five Wisdoms Institute. As a Life Coach and in Five Wisdoms trainings, she engages people in the deep personal work needed to genuinely serve others.
