James Murphy ended his financially lucrative career in sales and recruitment in favour of being fully dedicated to writing full-time at the end of 2019.
So far, writing has been the opposite of financially lucrative, but James is no longer resistant to his existence and feels at peace, which is priceless.
He is writing his first coming of age novel and enjoys the diversity of freelancing almost as much as he enjoys deciding what projects to choose to invest his time, energy, and soul into.
James refuses to choose a niche because he has had such a rich and varied experience that his field of reference is very wide—he can go from Rupaul’s Drag Race to Downton Abbey surprisingly quickly.
There is a page dedicated to James’s areas of expertise on his website, along with Mutabilis, his personal development blog which is all his original content.
