When the Body Speaks a Different Language.
Lindsay Reynolds is a trauma and neurodivergence specialist therapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and play therapist. She has worked with children and families for over two decades, yet still believes parenting is the hardest and most transformative journey of all.A single parent of twins — her little wildlings — Lindsay began this chapter of her life living on a canal boat before moving to a caravan, and eventually a tiny cottage in the Peak District. She’s learning, alongside her children, how to grow wild and free from the expectations of a world that often asks us to shrink.Lindsay and her twins are all neurodivergent and live with chronic health conditions, experiences that have deepened her compassion for the body’s limits and the mind’s adaptability. Through her work and her writing, she explores the intersections of trauma, health, and difference — blending science with lived experience and compassion. She believes that to parent from the heart, to trust our instincts, and to meet ourselves with kindness may be the bravest act of rebellion there is. Her hope is that by bringing mindfulness and compassion into our families, we can help grow a more loving world, one generation at a time.www.wildlings.online
