Mamta Arnold is a yoga therapist in training, certified yoga instructor and writer with formal training in therapeutic yoga for healthy living, mindfulness, yoga for healthy back, neck and shoulders, yin yoga and meditation. 

Her yoga classes are Hridaya/Heart centered, Yin-Yang paired, and invigorating and contemplative to restore balance between body and mind. She enjoys teaching balance yoga combining different styles—yin, restorative, meditative flow, breath-work, and stress reduction to provide a sense of balance, self reflection, flexibility, and rejuvenation for your body and mind. “Smartest thing in the room is the intelligence of our own body; I like to facilitate that self awareness.”

She loves to write with the flow and her own life experiences. She thinks everyone has a story to share. Our stories become our habits, and we sometimes need a different narrative to change our feelings and our experience. For her, writing is therapy. “Write because your story begs to be heard.”
