Parke Sterling is an anxiety therapist based in Richmond, Virginia, who works with stressed, anxious, and dissatisfied men and college-aged boys. He took a unique path to become a therapist, when he used to be the last guy at the party in college. Then found himself smacking dab in the middle of Corporate America in his 20s which led him to bottom out with stress and anxiety around 2008. That, in turn, led him to change his lifestyle, his occupation, and dive headfirst into meditation, philosophy, and non-duality. He loves writing on the topics of anxiety, existential issues, and well-being, and enjoys being a therapist.
