Sarah Merron was born in the UK and lived there until her mid thirties. She now lives in Sri Lanka, with her husband and a menagerie of animals they have rescued from the streets. She’s passionate about training and development and aware that it is continuous, for all of us. As she gets older, she realises that we are all a work in progress and that grey becomes far more prominent than black or white. She’s fascinated by animals and loves interacting with them to help us improve our mood and experience unconditional love. Spending time in nature is something she adores, and she believes in unity and human potential. She enjoys the outdoors, being creative with food, yoga, reading, dancing, and movies. Furthermore, she is also passionate about learning and the teachings hidden within ancient texts from around the world. Quite simply, she believes that all the answers we’re looking for are already here, either inside us on in ancient teachings left behind on Earth. She’s also interested in the impact of sound on our immune system.
