Sukhvinder Singh (Chaitanya) is the founder and lead teacher of Yoga Chaitanya International Institute, a Yoga Alliance registered school offering 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, with residential programs in Goa and the Himalayas.

He is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP teacher with over 20,000 hours of teaching experience in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Iyengar-inspired alignment, yoga therapy applications, meditation, pranayama, and Ayurveda. He is also a certified meditation teacher from OSHO International and a Laughter Yoga teacher from Laughter Yoga International University.

At Yoga Chaitanya, he teaches Yoga Therapy TTC, Yin Yoga and Meditation TTC, and Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga TTC. He also guides yoga and meditation retreats in India and Portugal.

With his earlier background as an engineer, Sukhvinder brings a practical, scientific, and traditional approach to yoga. His work integrates yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, self-study, and mindful discipline to help students build clarity, steadiness, and inner strength.
