An Evening for Tibet: Second Annual Benefit Dinner
for the Tibetan Village Project
Sunday, September 6th, 2009 from 5pm – 8pm
Tibet’s Restaurant & Bar,  321 S. McCaslin Blvd. Louisville, CO 80027

You are cordially invited to ‘An Evening for Tibet’, a fundraising dinner benefiting the Tibetan Village Project. The evening includes Tibetan entertainment and ritual blessing, a delicious Tibetan and Indian dinner, auction, and prizes. It will be held at Tibet’s Restaurant in Louisville, Colorado, and is a fun way to show your support for a practical humanitarian program that empowers Tibetans inside of Tibet. Lhoppön Rechung of Mipham Sherdra and Waylon Lewis of Elephant Magazine will be our guests of honor.

Tibetan Village Project is a non-profit, non-political organization
dedicated to promoting sustainable development while preserving the
rich cultural heritage of Tibet. In addition to supporting education
and medical projects, TVP also coordinates volun-tourism trips to
Tibet annually through its Conscious Journeys program. To learn more,
visit www.TibetanVillageProject.org.

Last year, I was honored to emcee and help fundraise for the Tibetan Village Project. We wrote it up in the magazine, but as this year’s fun-raiser dinner at Tibet’s is coming up (click here to RSVP if you’re in Colorado, or more info below), I thought you all might enjoy seeing all the photos that we weren’t able to print in the magazine.
