Why did Jesus Speak in Parables?
A story allows us to feel meaning that we can’t necessarily verbalize. Pictures say a thousand-fold what words can. Images and feelings define belief.
I see my writing as a process of accretion. A spiral spinning fast enough to generate gravity begins to pull in fragments from the ether. As the spiral increases its pull, these fragments swirl and blend with other fragments and in so doing, mold manifestation.
Where it’s going I can’t exactly say but any feedback that would assist it to serve an inspired purpose would be received with profound gratitude.
Candace Magnuson is a college-educated housewife and mother of two small boys. She has been building a foundation for a yoga practice for some time and has earned certifications in Ayurveda and Massage Therapy. She also dabbles a bit with the written word.
