Q: I’d like to stay a fan, but you’re posting too many things each day. 12 times you posted yesterday. there is so much out there to read, it would be nice if you could slow it down.

A: I hear you. Our assumption is that folks will ignore what they don’t want to read. Because we focus on all aspects of “the mindful life,” we post on everything everything from mountain biking bringing us into the present moment to GMOs to the Buddhist practice of tonglen helping get one through grief…etc. etc…and most folks won’t want to click all of those, but select one from the menu.

Wow, great idea! I like seeing your posts though…i have a boring desk job!

  2. I am just writing to let you be aware of what a outstanding encounter my daughter enjoyed studying the blog. She noticed a wide variety of things, most notably what it’s like to have an ideal coaching heart to make the others without difficulty fully grasp some advanced issues. You really did more than readers’ expected results. Thanks for coming up with those productive, healthy, revealing not to mention unique tips on this topic to Evelyn.
