yuppie bike bicycle cyclistAs seen in Lyons, Colorado.

Actually, I think it’s awesome that cycling attracts all types. Still, given that I live in Boulder, Colorado, I found the above (stuck on a rickety old Main St. cabin) pretty funny: Boulder is full of filthy rich good ol’boys who have all the gear but seem to do more macchiato-sipping than peddling.

    I don't get it

  2. clewin says:

sounds very judgemental to me. just sayin'…

  3. dayvan cowboy says:

agreed this post is an energetic waste land. i would lend a few of my judgments to the discussion about the poster. but i will refrain. i do love a holier than thou attitude. good work elephant!!

  4. SCOTT says:

Would love to see a larger shot of that pic.. I think there is a "You Are Beautiful" sticker sitting below (THE SILVER WITH BLACK TRIM)

  5. Wow, sorry. I thought the sticker was funny. If you read my commentary, I not only note that it's funny…but I say it's actually cool that the folks the sticker is referring to are getting out there. Humor, people!

  6. Not holy…just playing. I thought it was a funny sticker. The title is silly, too, though it obviously refers, tongue-in-cheek, to what we see an awful lot of around in Boulder. And, as I noted in the above comment, I defended the folks that sticker's referring to in the commentary. Maybe you all don't expect anything but seriousness here on elephant? Do you see I just thought this was in good fun?

    Sorry for any confusion, Dayvan..!

  7. C'mon, Robbie, you and I just went to an opening of an awesome custom build bike company that makes 5K frames, or whatever.
